Make A Bacon And Egg Bread Wreath For A Great Holiday (Or Anytime) Breakfast

It’s bacon and eggs stuffed into buttery bread. It cooks in under 15 minutes. It’s shaped like a wreath and can feed eight people. What more can you ask for in a breakfast treat?

Crescent rolls are the MVP of this dish, but unfortunately they are unavailable in Australia. You can try substituting another pre-made pastry or dough, or make a dough from scratch (though that will take considerably longer than 15 minutes). This wreath can be assembled the night before for a quick bake in the morning. You do need to have scrambled eggs and cooked bacon before you toss this in the oven. Perfect for post-holiday mornings when the kitchen is the last place you want to be but you do want a hot dish to serve your whole family.
