To-do list too long? While many of us stress out about having unfinished tasks hanging over our heads, Time Management Ninja reminds us that unfinished to-do lists are actually a good thing.

In a nutshell: “If your todo list is finished, you’ve given up or are dead.” Wanting to check off everything on your to-do list is understandable, but it’s also unreasonable. There’s always something to do and the job of your to-do list is to gather all your next actions, so you should always be adding to it.
That said, you’ll probably want to simplify your to-do list to make it manageable and useful.
Still got stuff on your to-do list? Good, you’re not dead and you haven’t given up.
