Video: Sometimes a big painting project will take you more than a few sessions to complete. You can keep a brush and a little touch up paint fresh in between sessions with this handy trick.
In this video from Youtuber jimmydiresta, you'll learn a ton of helpful tips for working with paint brushes and paint cans, including a super simple way to store your touch up paint (around 2:40 in the video). Just fill an empty food can with a little paint, throw in the brush you were using for touch ups, and then cover the can with a latex glove. You can even keep that same glove in your painters kit to use multiple times or until it breaks. When it's time to clean your touch up brush, a little know-how can also keep you from wasting your paint thinner.
