If you’re a software engineer or developer, chances are you won’t have a problem finding a job if you decide to uproot from your home country and move abroad. That’s according to research from global specialist recruitment firm Michael Page.

The recruitment firm analysed data from the 24 countries listed in the OECD Better Life Index. It found that software engineers and developers are in-demand across all 24 countries. Software is at the core of computing and across the globe, companies big and small are increasingly relying on computers to improve efficiencies in their business processes. It’s no surprise to see software engineers and developers are highly sought after around the world.
