You can do a lot of cool things with your voice on your phone, but did you know you can make phone calls, too? It’s pretty neat. Google Now can even initiate speakerphone calls directly with a voice command.
To make a call on speakerphone, simply say “Call [person] on speakerphone.” Google Now will recognise that it should start the call in speakerphone mode. This is particularly handy if you need to make a hands-free call while in the car or when your hands are otherwise occupied. If you haven’t already provided it, Google Now may ask for permission to access your device contacts in order to complete this action.
LPT: “OK, Google, call so-and-so on speakerphone,” will launch a call with speakerphone enabled.

Nice to thanks for this! Very handy.
For the iPhoners out there, Siri has supported that since iOS 8.4, though if you ask me if your using voice dialing, speakerphone should be implied for most people (unless bluetooth or headset connected)
I was hoping that “hey siri”, “answer the phone” would also work (as i charge my phone while driving) , if i do it while the phone is not ringing it seems to do a redial, but siri wont respond to me while the phone is ringing (last time i tried).
