You Can Now Request Your Uber Passenger Rating Straight From The App

After taking an Uber ride, you’re asked to rate your driver — but they rate you, too. As a rider, you have your own rating, and you can now access it directly from the app.

We previously told you that you could request your Uber passenger rating by shooting Uber an email and requesting it. Since then, it’s gotten even easier. You can request it directly from the app. From your profile sidebar, tap Help. From there, tap Account, and then choose the action: “I’d like to know my rating.” Uber will then email you your score.

I tried it myself, and it takes them a few minutes, but someone from Uber will send you an email telling you what Uber drivers have rated you, on average, from 1-5.

As we’ve pointed out, a low rating can keep drivers from wanting to pick you up, and that can affect your wait time. So it’s worth checking to make sure your rating is solid. Uber offers some easy ways to maintain a decent rating here.
