Or you can drink a tall glass of water to fight off dehydration (which can make you groggy), while blasting your favourite tune to up your Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Dopamine levels in your brain. Last but not least, just take a walk and get yourself some sunlight to remind your brain it’s time to be awake.
