Aesop’s fables are engaging, bite-sized stories you can read and ponder in a short amount of time. In other words: great bathroom material.
If you’re like most people, you use your phone in the bathroom: a few Facebook likes, a quick move on Words With Friends, hell, maybe even an email reply. Poopfiction can help you use that time to catch up on some reading, too. It selects a piece of literature for you to read, depending on how long you’ll be on the can.
Many of these are simply short fables; others are essays or stories that are several paragraphs long. All of these stories are public domain works from Project Gutenberg.
Of course, you can’t go wrong with a good old magazine or an informative article, but this is great if you don’t have any on hand, and you find yourself on the toilet without anything to read (perish the thought). Plus, it’s nice to actually finish reading something on the toilet.
