Microsoft Releases New Windows 10 Build For Insiders

Microsoft's Windows 10 Build 10532 to Insiders has added some interface and technical improvements to the new operating system. Here's the list of new features.

The new Windows 10 build is only available to those on the Microsoft's Insider program, which you can sign up to here.

Here's what's new:

  • Opening and closing animations when accessing the Windows Store app, previously only available for the Classic Win32 apps.
  • Improved icons for tools such as Device Manager.
  • Updated background colour for the new context menus with darker hue.
  • Ability to hide local IP address over WebRTC connection to the Edge browser.

This is a full install, not just a patch? Why? Unless hiding your IP with Edge is worth it for you to reinstall, I see little reason to bother.

I've had massive problems trying to install this build. They were fixed by turning off hyperV after which the install went smoothly (if not slowly!).
