Make Croutons From Leftover Pizza For The Best Salad Ever

There’s no arguing that the best way to eat leftover pizza is for breakfast, cold (come at me), but if you feel like mixing it up, I suggest doing so with these delicious pizza croutons from Refinery 29.

The link below will take you to a delightful recipe for a Roma salad, which incorporates the savoury little bites, but I think these croutons would be great with tomato soup or as a snack on their own. (What, you didn’t snack on plain croutons, unencumbered by salad as a child?)

All you need to do is cut the pizza up into crouton-size pieces, toss them with a bit of olive oil, and bake at 375℉ for eight minutes. Put them on salad to make the green parts more bearable.
