There's no arguing that the best way to eat leftover pizza is for breakfast, cold (come at me), but if you feel like mixing it up, I suggest doing so with these delicious pizza croutons from Refinery 29.

The link below will take you to a delightful recipe for a Roma salad, which incorporates the savoury little bites, but I think these croutons would be great with tomato soup or as a snack on their own. (What, you didn't snack on plain croutons, unencumbered by salad as a child?)
All you need to do is cut the pizza up into crouton-size pieces, toss them with a bit of olive oil, and bake at 375℉ for eight minutes. Put them on salad to make the green parts more bearable.
