Google Will Match Your Donation Towards The Refugee Crisis

It’s hard figuring out where to donate to when there are so many issues we care about. If you want to donate to the refugee crisis that’s at the top of the news now, your money will go further and you can be sure it’s delivered appropriately thanks to Google.

The company will match your donation up to about $US11 million (combined — their match and your donation) for relief efforts. Your donation will go to Network for Good and then distributed to four non-profits providing aid to refugees and migrants: Doctors Without Borders, International Rescue Committee, Save the Children, and UN High Commissioner for Refugees.

Earlier this week, I was trying to find a way to donate but felt lost in the sea of options and possibly shady places. Google’s OneToday is a safe option that also doubles the impact of your donation.
