Building furniture sized for children is always a satisfying experience. Minimising waste by using one sheet of plywood makes it even better.

You can build this table and chairs set in a weekend with some standard woodworking tools, including a: jigsaw, router, circular saw, table saw, block plane, and clamps. Templates and plans are provided for your layouts and all pieces are cut from a single sheet (4’x8′) of 3/4″ plywood. Using dowels and connector bolts, this table can be disassembled for storage or shipping.

It even has built-in storage for keeping crafts and paper supplies within easy reach.
