Windows Phone Gets Apps That Turns Photos Into Themed Video

Microsoft has released Photo Story, a Windows Phone app that can automatically pick photos in the gallery that relate to each other and produce a neat video reel with theme music and more. Here’s how it works.

Picking pictures for a video photo album can be such a pain but the finish product just looks so good. Microsoft is making this process easier for Windows Phone users with its new Photo Story app. It uses machine learning and computer vision technology to automatically pick the best photos for a video and can weed out low quality photos or duplicates all on its own.
