The new version of RetroPie will now automatically configure your controllers, adds a new system for emulator emulator switching, new configuration tools for setting up Wi-Fi, per-game video output settings, and a few new emulators. The controller configuration improvements are likely the best part, since that was always a bit quirky to get working during the set up process.
