    Enough with teaching vlookup. Teach index/match. Please brief all the year 10 teachers so this becomes the norm in a decade.

    Why would anyone use the fixed function? That just locks you into a corner later.

      Amen to that.

      Being proficient with MATCH() formulas also makes OFFSET() functions unnecessary, which is amazing - volatile functions are just the worst.
