Unclutter, The Three-In-One Mac File Management Tool, Gets A New Look

Mac: When Unclutter first launched, it was a useful tool for tracking your clipboard, notes and file storage. But it was also kind of ugly and had some rough edges. Now, the experience has been improved all around.

Since we last talked about Unclutter, it has received a bunch of updates, but most notably it’s much quicker and easier to use now. When you move your mouse to your menubar, Unclutter slides down and reveals three utilities. One for managing your clipboard, another for storing files in a drop zone and another for quickly writing notes. Since the initial launch, Unclutter has a new interface that fits in better with modern operating systems, as well as a handful of features like resizing panels, keyboard shortcuts for opening the tool and Dropbox sync support. You can even now hide certain utilities if you don’t use them. If you skipped over it the first time around, it’s worth another look.
