Pushbullet Adds A Full SMS Client For Texting From The Desktop

Pushbullet Adds A Full SMS Client For Texting From The Desktop

Pushbullet has been gradually getting more SMS-related features over time, but now it’s finally getting the big one. The app can now show you all your conversation threads, which means it could effectively replace a dedicated desktop SMS app like MightyText.

Prior to this update, you could already reply to a text you received or send just one of your own. However, the app lacked a view of your conversations. Now, you can read back through your message history before sending a message. Pushbullet was already useful for sending data between your devices quickly, but if you already used a separate desktop texting app, this update makes that redundant.
