Ramen noodles and burgers are a match made in heaven — especially when you turn ramen into buns. Here’s how to roll your own.
The Ramen Burger was the hero dish of Sydney’s 2013 night noodle markets. (Read our taste test here.) While the original Ramen Burger is long gone, you can create your own version at home. To do so, toss cooked ramen with eggs and seasoning, press the noodles into muffin trays as molds for the buns, and pan fry until golden brown.
Having tasted the original ramen burger, I can testify that this makes for an unusual but tasty meal; be sure to eat it right after the buns are done frying though.
