The following tip comes from Tony Hsieh, CEO of online shoe and clothing shop Zappos.com. While the exact number isn’t particularly important, you can learn a lot about a person by the way they answer the question. It can also be useful if you want to ferret out office bores and strung-out crazies.
“If you’re a one, you probably are a little bit too straight-laced for the Zappos culture,” Hsieh explains. “If you’re a 10, you might be too psychotic for us.”

Weird is subjective though, what I consider weird might not be weird to someone else, and vice versa.

Very weird people don’t think they’re weird though, so they’ll always answer 1.
Is that scale linear, or logarithmic / exponential (like the earthquake Richter scale)?
I would rate myself about 6 to 7, but it all really depends on the scale.
