One word that best describes how you work: Focused
What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?
While I could technically live without them, Evernote and Dropbox help make my working day more productive — especially when working out of the office on my iPhone. Both are smartphone friendly, so it makes doing work on the go possible.
What social network do you find the most useful?
LinkedIn. It’s great for keeping in touch with professional connections, their movements and their reading recommendations.
What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?
The rate and pace of change is incredibly important to manage. Team morale is critical to long-term sustainability of any model.
What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?
Opportunities presenting themselves to live and work overseas.
What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?
Wow — that’s a bold statement. Filtering out bullshit.
What’s your sleep routine like?
I like to get a solid seven, 9pm-4am or 10pm-5am.
What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?
Define success first then measure and refine obsessively.
