The Official Raspberry Pi Case Protects Your Tiny Computer

The Official Raspberry Pi Case Protects Your Tiny Computer

You’ve never been short on ideas for Raspberry Pi cases, but now there’s an official created by the Raspberry Pi Foundation itself. It’s a solid looking case that will only cost you around $11.

The case is made of plastic and will only work with the Raspberry Pi Model 2, A+ and B+. The best feature (aside from the low price) is a removable top that allows you to add accessories, including the camera board and the Adafruit PiTFT touchscreen. The sides also come off so you can get access to the GPIO.

Element 14 sells the case for $10.50. On the official store, the case goes for 6 UK pounds, so that’s a fairly competitive price.
