One word that best describes how you work: Methodically
What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?
Uservoice for customer service, Google Analytics App, Unbounce for landing pages — it’s worth its weight in gold.
What social network do you find the most useful?
Facebook and Twitter.
What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?
Do your market research with every major decision; that feedback make it easy to succeed. Trust your instincts as an entrepreneur and remember your core values. It’s good to make mistakes if you can learn from them and take all the advice that’s offered from people you respect.
What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?
I set out to create a marketing company and instead created a dynamic retail company that competes with the best of them on a global scale.
What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?
I have patience and ridiculous staying power.
What’s your sleep routine like?
Sleep? What’s that? 🙂 I’m usually up late and up early.
What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?
Persevere with your goals and accept it probably won’t work out as you expected. Never accept no as a response and be prepared to work hard for a few years and accept that rewards will come after the sweat has dried up.

Unless you’re a rural firefighter in the midst of fighting a bushfire, or working 2 jobs (one during the day and your business at night), this just reeks of be time management is is nothing to be proud of.
He didn’t mention what the site did. It’s a site to buy tiny male underwear that’s targeted at women. Probably a solid business model.

The main target market looks to be gay men, which is definitely a solid business model.
