If you can slice it, you can probably make chips from it. This holds true for the humble zucchini and if you're after a tasty snack recipe using the vegetable, here's one that uses ingredients you probably have already.
Here is everything you need, as provided by Instructables user "kahht":
4 medium zucchinis 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
It's then a simple matter of slicing the vegetables into 3.5mm pieces, spreading them evenly on baking paper-covered trays and letting them cook.
Now you might be tempted to heat your oven to 180-200°C, but the secret to getting nice, crispy chips is to use a lower setting and to cook for longer. kahht recommends you preheat to 120°C and let the zucchini slices do their thing over two to three hours.
Of course, if you're starving it's quite the wait, so best to plan in advance!
