Convert An Old PC Into A Bartop Arcade Machine

Convert An Old PC Into A Bartop Arcade Machine

If you have an old PC sitting around collecting dust, Make shows off how to convert it into a bartop arcade cabinet for under $US300.

The cabinet uses an old computer monitor, two joysticks, a sheet of plywood and some pine boards. Once the cabinet is built, the computer boots directly into the emulators so you can get to playing right away. We’ve shown off a similar project with a Raspberry Pi before, but this one seems a bit easier for novices.
