Tortillas are tasty snacks and essential for a lot of delicious meals, but you should always heat them up first. If you want to warm a whole bunch of them up at once, a wok will do nicely.
Why have one tortilla when you can have seven? If you’re making a pan of enchiladas or it’s family taco night, the more warm tortillas the better. Faith Durand at The Kitchn suggests a wok is the perfect tool for taking on those tortillas. Woks will retain heat well and get hot all the way up the sides, giving you plenty of surface area to use for crisping. Of course, if you just want one or two and you don’t want to make a mess, just toss one right on the stove.
