Android: Few things are quite as annoying as a persistent caller that doesn’t get the hint. Fortunately, you can set specific contacts to always go to voicemail so you’ll never hear from them.

The feature (which is present in the stock Android dialler, but may vary based on your phone’s manufacturer) will skip the ringer for specific contacts. If you never came across it before, don’t feel bad — it’s not very well advertised.

To activate it, find the person you want to ignore in your Contacts app, tap the Edit button, then tap Menu while editing the contact. The option will be at the bottom of the menu. It’s a little out of the way, but it’s worth it if you never want to hear from someone again.
