If you run out of ricotta for a dish or snack, here’s how you can use greek yoghurt to still deliver a similar taste and texture.

You’ll need to strain the greek yoghurt to the right consistency since it tends to contain more liquid than ricotta. This substitution works best in dishes that have other components meant to complement the cheese (or in this case yoghurt), like a savoury crostini.
