Repair (Or Customise) Your Furniture With Cheap DIY Drawer Pulls

When a drawer pull on a piece of furniture gets damaged or goes missing, it can be a pain to track down a matching one to replace it. Create your own custom drawer pulls for an easy and inexpensive fix.

You only need a few materials:

  • Plastic objects (toys, figurines or spare parts)
  • Strong glue
  • Hanger bolts, washers and nuts
  • Spray paint (if you want to change the colour of the objects)
  • A drill

Once you have all your materials and tools lined up, simply drill a hole in the objects, paint them, and then glue the bolts in the hole. The hanger bolt combined with the washer and nuts acts as the handle to connect the pull to your drawer. You can use your new pulls to spruce up your kitchen, bathroom, and any furniture with drawers. For an example project and more details, check out the full post linked below.
