Citrus juice adds fresh flavours to any dish, but keeping the seeds out of your food can be a challenge. Squeeze the citrus over a grater to catch the seeds while still getting the delicious juice.
Use a grater with larger holes if you can, so that the juice flows through faster (but not so big that the seeds fall through!).
