Lower Your Stress By Doing One Thing For Yourself, Every Day

We're all busy and have a lot of things to juggle at once. Maintain your sanity by being a little more selfish with your time and making time to do one thing just for yourself, every day.

For most of us, stress is not a choice. Life is stressful. However, you might burn out if you're stressed for extended periods of time without a bit of renewal. Sustain yourself by doing one thing that you enjoy every day — it could be spending time with a book, at the gym, eating a bit of your favourite foods, or watching an episode of your favourite TV show.

On the flip side, you're also not doing yourself any favours if you're not also doing one thing that makes you a bit uncomfortable every day.
