Good news for Google Drive users who sync via its desktop app — it has been updated for both Mac and PC with some useful new features, including a much-needed upload status and bandwidth limiter.
As Google Operating System points out, that makes the Drive apps much more feature-competitive with Dropbox, which already offers both those options. As with most Google updates, you might have to wait a few days before you can access the new version.
