Web: To-do lists have a nasty tendency to expand infinitely. Zenlist is a minimal, web-based to-do list manager that helps you prioritise your three most important tasks for the day.
It’s crucial to prioritise your tasks every day to make the most of your limited time and energy. Many people write down their three or five most important tasks on index cards the night before in order to help them focus. (For tasks of different sizes, you can try the 1-3-5 rule.)
This is still an early version of Zenlist. Keep in mind you’ll have to keep a tab open to use it — if you refresh or leave the site, your to-dos won’t be saved. If you’re a Chrome user that likes Zenlist, have a look at Dayboard. If the nature of your work is made up of many smaller problems rather than a few major ones, have a look at our five favourite to-do list managers.
