Plex For Android Adds Playlist Support, Continuous Playback

Plex For Android Adds Playlist Support, Continuous Playback

Android: If you used Plex’s Android app, you’ve been missing out on easy binge-viewing. Not anymore; an update today brought playlist support and continuous playback when you start an episode from On Deck.

The new Plex app understands that often you just want to push play and let it run. Rather than coming back every 22 minutes to start a new episode. You can create custom playlists, which will be saved even when you leave the app. Similarly, when you start an episode from On Deck, the app will automatically play the next one in order without waiting for a prompt. The update is available for the Android and Android TV interfaces of Plex right now.
