Readers’ Choice: Virgin Australia
As you’d expect, this was essentially a two-horse race: Virgin Australia versus Qantas, with the two scoring more than 80 per cent of the votes. It was close, but in the end Virgin reigned supreme. Its ongoing push to present itself as a business-friendly brand (rather than a cheap and cheerful alternative) is clearly paying dividends.
