iOS/Android: We’ve all been known to check our phone a little too often during the day. Checky runs in the background and shows how frequently you look at your phone.

Although it might be difficult to believe, on average we spend 23 days a year looking at our phones. Checky will tell you how often you check your phone, and where you tend to do it most.

This has interesting implications: for example, checking your phone a lot during your commute may not be problematic. But if you’re checking your phone frequently at work or during family time, you may find out why it’s so difficult to focus on tasks at hand or why you’ve felt disconnected from your loved ones lately.
