Build A Miter Sled Jig To Cut Perfect 45 Degree Corners

Jigs make life so much easier, and when you build one yourself it’s even better. Make perfect 45 degree mitered corners every time with this do-it-yourself jig made of plywood.

You can build this jig with scrap materials. All you need is some plywood, a 2×4, wood screws and glue. A table saw and framing square are also required.

Steve Ramsey has provided SketchUp diagrams and PDF plans that provide the exact measurements for this Jig. He built this jig in just a couple of hours to help him make multiple picture frames, and we foresee this being a go-to helper for any woodworker.
