Make Pumpkin Soup Directly Inside The Pumpkin You’re Eating

Hey, have you guys ever heard of pumpkins? They’re a relatively obscure fruit that the world magically rediscovers once a year. They also make for great soup, no pot required.

The recipe, courtesy of tips site PureWow, shows how you can make a pumpkin soup inside a carved-out pumpkin. The thick outer skin is sturdy enough to hold up inside an oven. Just add your ingredients, including some broth, replace the top of the pumpkin, and then serve directly out of the top. You can carve out some of the pumpkin from the walls as you’re serving.
