iPhone: Ever wonder just how much time you spend using your iPhone? Moments tracks when and where you use your phone the most.

Moment works by running the background and tracking where you are when you’re futzing about with your phone. Each day you’ll get a breakdown of how much time you spent using your phone and where you used it. You can also set up daily limits that Moment will notify you if you exceed. Since iOS is a pretty closed system, Moment can’t record exactly what you’re doing, but it can track just how much time you spend with your phone in your hand. The app does use location services to do this, so it can drain the battery fast if you’re not careful, but it’s no worse than any other app that tracks your location.
