Make Your Own Photo Booth With A Raspberry Pi

We’ve shown you how to build a photo booth with a laptop and some PVC pipe before. This all-in-one Raspberry Pi setup from maker Chris Evans will upload the photos it takes to Tumblr as an animated GIF.

The whole things fits in a custom wooden box that Evans constructed, so it can travel easily to any event. It works just like the real thing, with flashing lights indicating when it’s going to take your picture. After it takes four photos, it combines them into an animated GIF and uploads them to the Tumblr account you set up.
