Make ‘Instant’ Hot Cocoa From Real Chocolate

Cup of hot chocolate sound good to you? This video from America’s Test Kitchen shows you how to make your own “instant” hot chocolate from real chocolate.

The recipe combines a bag of chocolate chips, thickened cream and salt. Microwave and mix, then firm in the fridge and break into individual serves.

Whenever you want a hot cup of quality hot chocolate grab one of those serves, drop it in a mug with one cup of milk, and then put it in the microwave, heat and combine. It’s definitely more work than powdered hot chocolate, but it tastes worlds better. Hit the link below for the full recipe.
