Having recently started cooking at home a lot more, I’m always on the lookout for shortcuts that help me overcome my lack of culinary skill. This is a good one.
The technique is quite simple. Put a bunch of tomatoes on a plate. Cover them with another plate and run a sharp knife between the plates. Rather that taking a few seconds on each tomato, they’re all done in the time it takes to slice one.
