Emily on the Decorchick blog shows off her pantry makeover. She installed the four giant (20-inch) carousels in the corner, which really maximizes that space. The lazy susans were made by her father, but this is something you could easily replicate with store-bought versions.
Grab a whole bunch, because you might want to use them in your fridge , on your desk , and under the sink as well.

Hmm, those things in the middle/corner might not be so easy to move if you live in a rental.
