You can get a complete workout with just your body. This “Periodic Table of Bodyweight Exercises” showcases dozens of moves — from easy to insane — you can do to build strength and/or reduce fat.
The bodyweight exercises are from the Strength Stack 52 cards, which you can buy. You don’t have to, though, as you can use the graphic below to find inspiration for your next workout.
If you’re not sure what any of these moves are, head to the clickable graph at Stack 52 for video demonstrations.

The link also is not working for me.
Edit: Seems to be a problem with the site itself. Just tried to look it up via google. Give it a bit I guess.
Yeah, it seems the Lifehacker effect is in evidence.
No sitting on the couch eating chips I see……………why is nothing I like to do considered good???
I do some of these (as I exercise without equipment daily).. But some of these are realistically of limited/highly specific overall benefit. My advice is to to pick a well rounded set of 3-4 of varying difficulty and go from there.
Most of these positions are during the day, or when asleep.
For instance, the “squat” is how I watch TV – the picture simply fails to show the chair.
