There is seemingly no end to the ways in which you can make use of a simple bottle of white vinegar. Another handy use? It’s great for neutralising pet odours, even old pet odours you might discover when moving into a new place.
The folks at Apartment Therapy put together this One Minute Tip to show off one more of vinegar’s wondrous uses. Just spray your carpets (or directly on the floor if you’re having carpets removed) and anywhere else pets might have marked, including under the house.

Am I the only one that can’t stand the smell of vinegar? Almost as bad as the original smell!
The vinegar smell will eliminate the original odour and then dissipate, so it’s not like you’re replacing one odour with another. I find it dissipates quite quickly too.
I mix Windex and alcohol in a spray bottle If catch in time the odor and possible stain are no longer a possibility.
