Fix The iPhone’s Security Bug On Jailbroken Phones Without Upgrading

iOS (Jailbroken): Last week, Apple patched a nasty security bug that left your iPhone vulnerable to all kinds of hacks. If you’re jailbroken and want to get the benefits of that patch without upgrading your phone and re-jailbreaking, SSLPatch is a Cydia tweak that will do the trick.

SSLPatch was released by Cydia developer Ryan Petrich. As the name suggests, it patches the SSL security bug that Apple patched in iOS 7.0.6 without requiring an upgrade to your firmware. For the security-minded, the tweak is available on GitHub if you want a closer look at the code. Redditors have poked at it and found that it does what it says it does.
