We first learned of the Mac SSL security flaw when Apple released an update that fixed the same issue in iOS. Apple has now patched Mac OS X to fix the same flaw.
To install the fix, head to Software Update on the Apple menu and check for updates. Version 10.9.2 also fixes a number of other OS X bugs.

I can’t see where it mentions SSL security.
Apart from perhaps the last line? Apple is not disclosing the issue for OSX but it is for iOS? Plausible.
