iOS: Zombies, Run! is one of our favourite running apps, and today the app was updated with a couple of improvements. The big one is a new music playback system, but you’ll also get some minor improvements to maps and the addition of speech synthesis.
Music can now be played from your library regardless of where it’s from. That means DRM-encoded or iTunes Match music actually works properly. You’ll also now get a local map so you can see where you’ve gone and where you are, which is handy if you’re actually tracking your routes. A few other improvements are in this update as well, including a new voiceover voice and some bug fixes.
