Timehop Shows Your Social Network History For Today’s Date

iOS: What insightful musing did you post on Twitter last year on this day? Want to see the crazy photos you uploaded to Instagram 365 days ago? Timehop makes it happen.

The free app for iPhone currently supports Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Foursquare, Dropbox Photos, Flickr, iPhoto and the iPhone Camera. You’ll need to download a Timehop Sync app on your Mac to sync pics on that device. And yeah, it requires a Facebook account to sign up.

Once you’ve got it all set up, every day, Timehop will show you all the social activity from your different accounts. It’s quite a cool blast from the past, and you can share that with friends. There’s also a news item from this day in history thrown in, just for fun.

Timehop also has a mini-social system where you can add friends and exchange messages, but I really didn’t see much point to this and skipped it entirely. But even without that, it’s a pretty cool app.
