What the hell? Skype is “free” over the internet. We talk to Ukraine all the time and all it costs us is the download/upload data on our plan. Since we never even come close to using our monthly limit we can talk for hours instead of mere rushed minutes… Who the heck needs to pay anything to Woolies?
Skype-to-Skype is free, but you pay for Skype to phone lines. Still can be cheaper than other alternatives.
