Some of the best workspaces are ones that have been customised by users. Today’s featured workspace is one example that sports a refinished desk, a custom-built hutch and some nice gear.

Flickr user Dan Turnbough’s desk top had taken a beating or two over time, because he used it to work on other people’s computers. So Dan replaced the top, complete with some snazzy trim around the edges, and created a matching hutch. Housed here are his custom-built PC, a 27-inch iMac, a mounted monitor (for TV viewing and as a second monitor), an old Pioneer stereo and speakers.

Check out Dan’s Flickr stream for more photos of the workspace in progress.
